I'm a fixer. I'm a connector. I'm a worker bee.

I'm also a listener, a mirror and a focuser.

 

I'm the first phone call for my clients. Why? Because they need a plan. They need to get "unstuck." And they know I'm about solutions and looking at the details -- especially during crisis management.

 

Sometimes it's a quick writing project, a tweak to their plan, an event strategy and other times it's a coaching session or a strategic plan when the road seems rocky. 

 

At all times, it's an honor to be trusted with the vision, the project and the team. 

 

You'll mostly find me behind the scenes - calm + focused management, producing/directing an event, writing and coaching, team building, facilitating and every now and again I offer workshops and accept speaking engagements.
